Life is tough but God is able to take us through. How much will you take before you quit on your God. When everything is going out of control and your not in control any longer, will you tell God it is enough. How about when you’ve prayed for healing for a long time, or you’ve prayed for healing for a close relative or friend but they don’t get healed. Will that do it for your faith? What about when you have prayed for a spouse because life just gets so lonely at times and you have almost reached the end of your child baring years but your prayers have not been answered. Will that do it for your faith? How about you praying for a financial breakthrough because your bills have caught up with you and your credit is being ruined. Will that do for your faith? What is your quitting point? The Bible said that all those who decide to live for Christ will suffer persecution. Could it be that God just wants you to see what you’re made of. Sometimes we think that we have reached our limit but God wants to show us that we can go farther than we think. He wants to stretch us to a new level but the process hurts because we resist the unknown. All of us have to go through this process of growth. It doesn’t matter what we go through in life, quitting is not one of our options. We have to believe in ourselves even when no one believes in us because God does. He may not come when we want Him to but He honors our efforts. We cannot quit on ourselves because we are all we’ve got. The world is not fare most of the time and our dependance is always on God, not on our own strength. We will cry and we may even come to the edge of our faith but we must try to remember that He says that He will never leaves us or forsake us.God is good all the time. His promises are for all times. He never changes His mind. His Word is settled in heaven and He says that before any of His word changes, the world will pass away. He desires the best for us and He is always on time. As long as our desires are in alignment with His will for us, He will grant us the desires of our hearts. He has perfect knowledge and the future is His present because time is only in our domain. You’ve tried to give life all you’ve got but you haven’t seen any results. It’s like playing a basketball game, you’re in the playoff of your life and play for play the opposing team is head to head with you. Every point from you is answered by the opposing team. You pray for a “stop”, that is a stop in the opposing team’s scoring. All you need is a break so that you can get ahead. None is coming for you and so you keep playing at the same level, hoping that they will make a mistake so you can capitalize on it. Life is like that. You are praying consistently and working hard. Your prayer to God is, Lord give me a break so that I can move ahead. You can’t let up on your dreams because you will definitely lose. You have to keep going at it even when you don’t see what is going to happen. You have to keep going when the doubts come in your mind. You have to wipe the tears from your eyes while you keep forging ahead. Even when you can’t see God or even feel His presence in your situation, you have to keep going. Even when your best friend tells you that you’re wasting your time, you have to keep going. Have you ever reached the end of your faith? At least you think so. What about feeling that God has overlooked you time and time again. Well, He hasn’t but because He operates on His time schedule, it may seem that way. God has heard your innermost cries and He has heard your request. All the scriptures that tell us that He will answer our request is true. God is never short concerning His promises. He is never limited. He never needs to ask for help. He is the sole supplier of all things and this world exist because He holds it all together with His Word. God is sufficient, all powerful, all knowing, and always present. There is never a was to God, He IS always. I have proven Him for myself and even now I struggle with the temptation of impatience. In the depths of my soul, His Spirit lets me know that He will see me through. God is never late and He will bless you with what He knows is the best for you. No matter what we do as believers or unbelievers we could never satisfy the Holiness and Righteousness of God our Father. It took the pure blood of Jesus Christ, the Holy Lamb of God, to satisfy God’s Righteousness. Today we celebrate the death of our Lord. He willingly gave His life for our sins, He had none of His own. His blood has washed us and made us clean by the forgiveness of our sins. He has covered us so that when our Righteous God looks at us, He sees the blood of His Son that was shed for us. We are ambassadors of Christ wherever we go. There are so many hurting people out in the world. They don’t even know why they are hurting. They are angry and don’t know why. The world as a whole needs peace, the peace of Christ. You can’t preach it to them, they are more in need of the message given to them in our actions than our eloquent words. People don’t want to be told that God is good, they want to see that God is good. They want to see our words come alive through our living. The world is looking for Jesus to show up in person. They are totally correct for wanting Him to actively show His face. Bodacious! Yes, we live in a world that is bold. They aren’t naive, they have come of age. They are tired of sheep in wolf clothing. They want to see the real Jesus stand up. We are the real Jesus while we awaits His return. We have to give Him access to our minds, our hearts, our hands, and our feet. Will we let Him love through us? Will we let Him touch a heart and body through us?
