Sometimes we put so much emphasis on unimportant things. We specialize in the things that don’t really matter and pay little attention to the really important things. God and His Word is priority and He should always stay at the top of our list. God is never pleased when we neglect His word and do our own ordering. We need to study what God commands of us and dedicate our lives to making it a habit. We have an enemy that loves to turn our lives upside down, making us think that what is unimportant is really important. We need to seek direction from the Lord in all that we do so that we can get His list of priorities for our life.
God has the best solution for our lives. We will never be out of balance when He is guiding our lives. He knows where everything needs to be. We will never have to feel overwhelmed when He takes the drivers seat in our lives. He loves us and He wants to direct our paths. His Word says “trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and He will direct your path.” He is capable and well able to do what He says He will do.
